Scheduling, minus the chaos
We started solaerp because the tools small service teams use to staff their week are either spreadsheets and group texts, or bloated enterprise software that no one enjoys.
Small service businesses run on coverage. A missed shift isn't a line in a report — it's a patient waiting, a chair sitting empty, a teammate doing two jobs. Yet most teams still build the schedule by hand and chase confirmations one text at a time.
We chose to start with dental on purpose: it's one of the hardest scheduling problems out there — operatories, licensure, pairing, and the dreaded 7 a.m. call-out. If we could make that calm, the same engine would serve salons, restaurants, and retail just as well. So we built a shared core with pluggable industry modules, dental first.
Under the hood, solaerp takes security seriously from the first row of data — every customer is isolated at the database, not just in code. We think trustworthy software should feel calm, and we sweat the details to keep it that way.
The principles behind the product
Trust first
Security and isolation aren't a paid add-on. Every customer gets database-level protection from day one.
Calm software
Scheduling should reduce stress, not add to it. We obsess over the small interactions that make a tool feel effortless.
Fairness built in
Even rotation, clear eligibility, and labor-law guardrails — so schedules are fair to the people working them.
For the front line
We build for the manager doing the schedule at 9 p.m. and the employee checking their phone before bed.
