This document is provided in the interest of transparency and is a general template — it is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.

In short

Solaerp LLC wants solaerp to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or screen magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

  • We build with semantic HTML, full keyboard support, sufficient color contrast, readable responsive typography, and visible focus states.
  • Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some areas may not yet fully conform.
  • If something is hard to use, you can ask for help or request an accommodation at support@solaerp.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
  • We welcome your feedback, and we can provide content in an alternative format on request.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we want solaerp to work, not an afterthought. solaerp helps service businesses build and publish staff schedules, manage shift swaps and open shifts, and send schedule and coverage notifications, and the people who rely on it should be able to use it regardless of ability.

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We use them as the benchmark we measure ourselves against.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard we are working toward across the solaerp application. It is a target we hold ourselves to, not a certification, and conformance is reviewed as we continue to improve the product.

Measures we take

We design and build solaerp with the following accessibility measures in mind:

Structure and assistive technology

We use semantic HTML so that headings, lists, buttons, links, form fields, and tables are marked up with their correct meaning. This helps screen readers and other assistive technologies present solaerp in a clear, predictable way.

Keyboard navigation

You can operate solaerp using a keyboard, without requiring a mouse. Interactive controls such as buttons, links, menus, and form fields are reachable and usable from the keyboard so that core scheduling tasks do not depend on pointer input.

Visible focus

When you move through the interface with a keyboard, the element you are currently on shows a visible focus indicator, so you can always tell where you are on the page.

Color and contrast

We use sufficient color contrast between text and its background to keep content readable. We also try not to rely on color alone to convey meaning, so that information remains understandable for people with low vision or color vision differences.

Readable, responsive typography

Text is sized and spaced for readability, and the layout is responsive so solaerp adapts to different screen sizes and supports zooming and reflow without losing content or functionality.

Sign-in and notifications

Signing in to solaerp is passwordless: you receive a magic link by email and follow it to access your account, so there are no passwords to remember or type. We design that sign-in flow to be keyboard- and screen-reader-friendly.

Because solaerp sends notifications by email and SMS, we also write that messaging in plain, direct language. Two-way SMS confirmations and email alerts are kept clear so the action you need to take is easy to understand.

Ongoing effort and known limitations

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of solaerp. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and despite our efforts, some parts of the application may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Newer and more complex areas — such as the schedule builder, the open-shift marketplace, and dental-specific views like operatory coverage, assistant pairing, and credential tracking — are areas we continue to test and refine. If you encounter a barrier in any of these or elsewhere, please tell us. Your reports help us prioritize fixes.

Some content delivered outside the application — for example, the wording of SMS messages routed through our telecommunications provider — may render differently depending on your device or carrier. If a message is hard to read or act on, contact us and we will help.

Getting help or requesting an accommodation

If you have trouble using any part of solaerp, or you need an accommodation to complete a task, we want to help. Email us at support@solaerp.com and describe the problem and, if you can, the page or feature where it happened and the assistive technology, browser, or device you were using.

We are committed to responding. We will acknowledge your message and respond within a reasonable time. Where we cannot immediately fix an issue, we will work with you to find a way for you to accomplish what you need.

If you are an employee or staff member of a business that uses solaerp, your employer added you to the system and manages your account and personal data. For some requests, the fastest path may be to contact your employer directly. You are still welcome to reach out to us, and we will help or point you to the right place.

Feedback and alternative formats

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of solaerp. Hearing about what works and what does not is one of the best ways for us to improve.

If you need information from this statement or from within solaerp in a different format, let us know and we will provide a reasonable alternative on request. Send your feedback or request to support@solaerp.com.

Changes to this statement

As we improve solaerp and our accessibility practices evolve, we may update this Accessibility Statement. When we make changes, we will post the updated statement at solaerp.com. The current version always governs.
